At Daya Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Daya Jewelry packaging, ensuring they are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
