How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Daya Jewelry items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
